eyes> Well, that was a quick nap. Ok we are back at
it! Gonna get get back to our roots and the OGL
leagues. I signed us up for the 5 on 5 ladder as that seems
to be the most accommodating to our current roster. Plus, it
seems like fun..so wtf :) Also, OGL is running a Tribes
2 ladder so if we ever become more than llama shit in there we
actually might get into some league play. Options
abound! Anyway, for the time being we'll just be playing in
OGL. Tally Ho!

2? Anyway, TFC was getting a bit old for us so we thought we

As
a result of our win on Thursday we have earned a spot in the TFL
Championship Tournament. Seems we will be ranked 7th (out of
8), and will be taking on -T- Tourque in the first round this
coming Thursday on the frosty Vidars map. We all remember
-T- from our match just a week ago. I have a feeling that
this is gonna be a good one. See ya there! w00t!

Well
we knew that if we were to have any chance of playing in the TFL
tournament that we were gonna have to play with, as DarkRitual put
it, "Unleashed Fury". And we did. It just
seemed that everything was working on all 9 cylinders.
Defense was able to control our side of the map AND even work
their way in to MiD's side. Offense was doing a great job communicating
and executing. Props to MiD who played a great straight up
game, with no nonsense and plenty of skill. GG!

It
seems LfA was quite as rusty as some might have thought. We
took on our old rivals from TFL on in STA Silver tonight on a map
called oppose2k1. Still dunno why its called that. Anyway,
LfA came out swinging and we never could get on the right track on
offense. Who's bright idea was it to join STA Silver anyway?
;) GG! LfA. Seems you guys started back on the right
foot. We are still looking for our shoes.

I
gotta say this was a fun match. We matched up against - T -
(Torque) whom we never played before, but they are ranked 2nd in
our division so we figured that they are gonna be tough.
Yup. We were right. In the first round we felt kinda
like that calf in a rodeo that gets all 4 of his legs tied
together by the cowboy. Everything we tried to do pretty
much ended up 2 inches away from getting points. Then if
that wasn't enough, we would run up to take off where we left off
and they would return it. Bastages :) The second round
we hit our heads together like the 9 stooges and actually came
back feeling like we might have something. Basically we took
off the tutus, and came out swinging for rd2. Well I'll be
damned...a plan that actually worked! But, as the saying
goes, too little - too late. The fellas over at -T- played a
great no nonsense match, and deserve the win. GG!

was supposed to be our glorious return into STA action.
While it was a fun match, we are reminded that STA Silver has some
quality clans playing and DoH was one of them. Except for
some respawn spamming, which I am happy to hear that DoH
disciplined their own on that, it was a very clean match. GG

Hmmm
I think this makes 4 outa 5 TFL matches wins. Hey the old guys can still
kick it around some! w00t! We played against ZPG on the
monkey map again. I like that map, and I was bent that I
couldn't play... humpf! Anyway, the boys thought they
would go ahead and win without me, and they did! Go figure
:) Anyway, from what I was told, ZPG were excellent hosts
and even better competitors. GG Everyone!

We
squared off against ecD tonight in TFL action. The map was
the infamous monkey_i. Infamous because it was once pulled
from TFL schedule due to a controversial push anomaly in the
water. Whatever that means. Anyway, I for one enjoyed
this map very much. It was a small map, but it played like a
big one. Getting into the opponents Flag Room proved to be a
true test of skill, coordination and luck! Defense on the
other end of things kept our house pretty much in order and making
the ecD fellas take off their shoes at the door so as to not
track mud. Defense was < THIS > close to getting a
match shutout but Dark forgot to lock that back door and one snuck
out. I'm tellin' Mama! ;) Offense was able to keep the
pressure on and pull out 10 from ecD's SG infested vault.
The ecD fellas were a class act. No nonsense and very fun to
play against. We look forward to mixing it up again
soon. GG everyone!

Blootube
again. I wasn't even close to my puter for this one so I'm
not going to comment much on the game play. I did see a
write up by NCG about some nonsense about going back on a promise
not to chase. Bah! Anyway, I think I'm glad I missed this
one. I can just tell I would have been giving out directions
to Hell. NCG had a higher score than we did. Next!

Blootube!
I could make a certain reference to the female anatomy, at a
certain time of the month, but NO, we are talking the map
here! We matched up against Clan 1 last night in a fast an
furious pace that IS bloodtube. It was my first official
attempt at Defense captain, and I must say I could not have been
more proud of the team's performance. We managed to hold =1=
to only 9 caps for the entire evening, while our leet O pulled out
cap after cap. I must add that the =1= fellas did have some
connection probs, and =1=Vulcan gets the K award with playing with
1000 ping for most of the night! Ouchies! GG Everyone!

Last
night we held []HoA-r[]DarkRitual's initiation. It was our
first time doing the initiation as an actual event, and it was MAD
FUN! I can't get into the details of the initiation much
only to say that no animals were hurt during the ceremony ;)

pulled out our first TFL victory vs A*C*M on our old fav 2fort
tonight. Ok, so it took us a bit, but we are feeling the
fire once again! w00t! Unfortunately, I wasn't present for
tonight's festivities, but we pulled out 11 caps vs A*C*M's 5
anyway. Too bad we don't get to play our favorite 2fort 2
times because of the bye last week. Oh well, it's on to
Bloodtube! GG Everyone! Good luck A*C*M, hope to play

Really
hasn't been much news worthy around here since we have had not had
any TFL action in 2 weeks. However, we have taken this off
time to recruit rather heavily, and actually have some good
recruits in the mix. Welcome new recruits []HoA-r[]DarkRitual
and []HoA-r[]nuff. And, welcome back []HoA-r[]Silent for
another tour of duty.
I
would like to congratulate []HoA[]Drake for earning a spot as a
full Harbinger. Drake put in his dues in the minor leagues
and is now primed to play with the big boyz! GG []HoA[]Drake!

TFC
is NOT like riding a bike! Week 2 in TFL was proof that we
are in for a major fight in TFL. We got to try out one of our
newly rented OLA servers with a nice evening of fun and frolic
with the folks from Demon Legion. Server played great!
We, on the other hand, have yet to locate that gear shifter
:) It was a much better showing than last week, but the
result was the same. dL opened up a bit of a lead 1/2 way in
rd1, but we fought back to close the gap to 110 - 90 at the
end. Rd2 we were greeted with dL's version of 3 HwG and a
Engy. Dunno there might have been a 4th fatty mixed in there
somewhere. Talk about it raining bullets! Somehow we
were able to get past the fatty parade and actually grab the lead
for part of the round. dL reacted well and then put a few
more on the board to win that round too. A very clean
played match, and the dL fellas were a fun bunch to play
against. GG ALL!

It
was good to get back into the breech once again my dear
friends. SOL was a very strong opponent, and forced us to
get our butts into gear quicker than we would of liked. Unfortunately,
for the first round the only gear we could find was the
reverse. SOL quickly racked up the points and we found
ourselves outscored 250 - 60 by the end of rd1. At
half time we took our recently ex-retired asses to IRC to figure
out what just hit us. Rd2 we managed to keep all our guys in
the server for the whole round and also managed to pull close in
the score for that round. R2 ended 90-95 - Them.
Overall a very fun match. SOL was no nonsense clan, and a
pleasure to play against. GG ALL!

Perhaps
we should have just called it an extended vacation?!
Actually we reformed about 2 weeks ago, but I finally got on my
lazy ass and did some updating around here. But
none-the-less, we are BACK! Many of our brothers have picked
up arms again in the name of the Harbingers of Anguish, and some
have moved on to other endeavors. We will be entering
into competitive play starting Jan 2001. I have archived all
the news prior to this as it is very OLD news. If you want
